The new noodles have a more satisfying texture, and the liquid sauce and powdered dashi are thoroughly mixed with the noodles to create a rich, deep dashi flavor that is unique to Donbei. The spiciness of the shichimi (seven spices) added to the powdered dashi adds an accent that makes every last bite a delicious experience. This is the "Yaki Udon" that only Donbei can offer.

The noodles are firm and smooth. The noodles are thicker and more elastic with a "chunky" texture. The dipping sauce is a soy sauce-based liquid sauce rich in umami and flavored with bonito. The dashi is a special powdered soup stock with shichimi (seven spices), made by combining bonito powder with green onion and shichimi (seven spices). Ingredients are kizamiage (chopped deep-fried tofu).
