Nakau's beef tongue

A new menu "Beef tongue" was released on December 14th at each "Nakau" store. Prices start at 890 yen (tax included). The sale period is until the beginning of January.

The fifth in the Nakau Premium Heavy Series. Beef tongue seasoned with salt, which is based on the image of "negitan salt," is topped with crispy green onions.

Thick beef tongue is elastic and chewy enough. The umami that overflows and the taste of salty rice make the rice go on. Lemon from Setouchi is used for the salt sauce, and the slight acidity also enhances the appetite.

The chopped seaweed scattered between rice and beef tongue is also a point. With a fragrant flavor, it enhances the taste of beef tongue with refreshing green onions.
