The new menu "Pig Kakuni Don" will be on sale for a limited time from February 13th to the end of March at "Nakau", a bowl and Kyoto-style udon noodles. The price is average 690 yen and large serving 760 yen (tax included). You can also take it home.

Nakau Pork Kakuni Don

The bowl menu features pork kakuni, which has been simmered for at least 3 hours and has become "smooth". The fat of the pork belly and the sweet sauce are well entwined, and you can enjoy the rich and rich taste. Komatsuna namul adds a crispy texture and color.

Chopped paste was laid between the rice and kakuni to create a Japanese-style taste unique to Nakau. Comes with mustard. It seems to enhance the taste of stewed pork.
