Nakau salmon bowl

A new menu "Salmon Don" will be released on April 7th at each "Nakau" restaurant of Donburi and Kyoto-style udon. For a limited time, the price is 690 yen (tax included).

Nakau's salmon bowl is a colorful spring-like bowl that combines rice with slightly sushi vinegar, moist and greasy salmon and brocaded egg. A large cut salmon fillet is quickly soaked in a sauce made from white soy sauce and soup stock to give it a refreshing taste without any habit. Kinshi Egg uses "specialized egg" which is characterized by the elasticity and rich taste of yolk. The rich brocade egg flavor goes well with the greasy salmon flavor. The wasabi used is this wasabi from Shinshu Azumino.

Can be taken home. The sale is scheduled to end in early June. Scheduled to be sold at all 42 stores (as of April 1).
