The first "warm cake" for Komeda!

At each Komeda coffee shop, three new cakes were released on December 4th (excluding some shops). Scheduled to be sold until March 28, 2018. The lineup is "Torori Cheese Souffle," "Madoka," and "Chocolate Berry."

Melty cheese souffle is Komeda's first "warm cake". An old-fashioned cheese souffle cake arranged in a fondant au chocolat style. Inside the souffle dough, there is cream cheese that is "thick". You can enjoy the creamy and mellow mascarpone flavor. The price is 380 yen (tax included, same below).

Madoka is a mousse cake that expresses the taste of "Amazake". It is characterized by its refreshing sweetness using "Sake lees" made from rice and rice jiuqu, which are the raw materials for amazake. Accented with sweet and sour raspberry and strawberry jelly. Contains alcohol. The price is 360 yen.

Chocolate berry is a gateau chocolate that is perfect for the season when you miss sweets. You can enjoy the deep taste of couverture chocolate. The surface is topped with strawberry sauce with plenty of pulp. Contains Western liquor. The price is 380 yen.
