As the name suggests, "Motegi's loquat jelly" is a dish that uses everything from loquat seeds to leaves. The jelly contains loquat leaves (loquat tea), the seeds are boiled in Kanro-ni, and the inside is filled with easy-to-eat cut fruits.


The jelly on the outside is a bit bittersweet. It tastes a little like Chinese herbs, but it's not an unpleasant bitterness. Kanro-ni seeds have a black bean-like aftertaste that crumbles when chewed. Of course, the juicy fruit part is also sweet.
