"Loquat parfait from Oseto district, Nagasaki prefecture" is a parfait that combines loquat from trees over 50 years old and jelly of lychee sorbe jasmine. Milk ice cream gently enhances the sweetness of the fresh loquat, and the attached rose sauce adds depth. The price is 1,980 yen (tax included).
