A pizza bun wrapped in a large cut of smoked bacon, cheese, and tomato sauce in a chewy dough. The dough is made by blending whole grain flour with aged fermented dough to add the original flavor of wheat.
Four types of natural cheese are used: mozzarella, gouda, cheddar, and Parmigiano Reggiano. The amount has been increased compared to the standard pizza bun, and you can fully enjoy the delicious taste of luxurious cheese. Also, by combining the oil of stir-fried bacon with tomato sauce, it is said that it has a deep taste.
