At the new commercial facility "GINZA SIX" in Ginza, a new format "ECHIRE Charrette" that allows you to easily enjoy the deliciousness of "Echiré butter" will be available from November 7th to December 3rd. It will be open for a limited time.

Echiré butter is a fermented butter that is continuously produced in the village of Echiré, France, which is known for producing excellent dairy products, while adhering to traditional manufacturing methods. It features a creamy mouthfeel, a light acidity and a mellow aroma.

At Echiré Charrette, you can buy baked sweets, namagashi, and soft serve ice cream that are handmade one by one using plenty of this Echiré butter. "Papillon" (972 yen, tax included, same below) baked pie dough in the shape of a butterfly, "Sable sandwich" (324 yen) with a special butter cream that blends in moistly, and a soft serve ice cream with plenty of charred butter. The lineup includes "Esile Soft Cream Boule" (630 yen). Packaged baked goods are also recommended as small gifts.
