Sadaharu Aoki "Gallet des Rois"

Introducing the traditional French confectionery "Gallet des Rois" to celebrate the New Year at Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris. In addition to the regular version, there are a total of two types that use Japanese ingredients such as matcha and azuki beans. From December 28th, it will be sold sequentially at domestic boutiques (stores) and official online shopping sites.

Galette des Rois is a crispy puff pastry with plenty of almond cream squeezed. A small pottery toy called Fève is hidden in it, and if it is in the carved fold, it will be blessed by everyone as a king and a queen wearing a crown, and it is said that good luck will continue for a year.

In Sadaharu Aoki, almond grains are put in place of fève, and fève and a paper crown are provided separately.

The contents and selling prices of the two types that will appear this time are as follows. All notations include tax.
