Granny Smith Apple Pie and Coffee will offer a Mother's Day special, Cassis Orange Apple Pie, from April 25 through May 15.

Cassis Orange Apple Pie

Combining sweet and sour cassis and juicy oranges with plenty of apples, the Cassis Orange Apple Pie features a colorful cross-section of purple, lavender, and orange and a fresh, fruit-filled flavor. A purple layer of almond cream with blackcurrant, scented with orange peel, and a lavender layer of white chocolate ganache with blackcurrant puree are layered on top of a crispy pie crust. The top layer is topped with a rich orange pulp and baked together with boiled apples made from Jonagold grapes grown in Aomori Prefecture.


The top of the pie is topped with a cookie dough crumble and blackcurrant fruit to add a sour accent. The fruitiness of the apple filling is intertwined with the fresh and juicy taste of the orange, the sweet and sour mellow flavor of the two layers of blackcurrants, and the milky sweetness of the white chocolate.

In conjunction with Mother's Day, from April 25 to May 8, a "Mother's Day Ribbon" with a carnation decoration and a "Thank you" card will be available free of charge with the purchase of one whole apple pie (8 cuts) or more. Apple pies less than one whole and other products are also available for a fee. Not available in the online store.
