The pastries are handmade in the store with an emphasis on "freshly made, freshly baked, and freshly prepared". The menu includes cakes such as "Cibouste," a pie crust filled with sauteed apples and pudding and caramelized vanilla cream, and "Blueberry Custard Pie," a custard mousse with blueberry compote, as well as moist, lemon-flavored Madeleine Citron" and "Dacquoise Cafe," a coffee-flavored cream sandwiched in a savory dough made with almonds and hazelnuts, are available in a wide variety.

There is also a salon (café space) on the second floor, where customers can enjoy "freshly made" sweets on the spot.
The store is located at 1-8-15 Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo, and is open from 10:00 to 20:00. Closed on Tuesdays.
