The results of a questionnaire survey on alcohol have been announced to solve such questions. The results of asking about 1,000 people about whether they like alcohol and how often they drink are as follows.

■ 70% "like to drink alcohol"

When asked if they like alcohol, the most common answer was "like" (41.5%), followed by "very like" (29.2%), and about 70% of people like alcohol. I understand. On the other hand, it was also clear that about 14% did not like drinking, saying "I don't like it" (6.8%) and "I don't like it at all" (7.4%).


■ About 1 in 3 people "drink alcohol almost every day"

When asked about the frequency of drinking alcohol, the most common answer was "almost every day" for both men and women, with 35.3% for men, 19.0% for women, and 28.3% for men and women on average. After the second place, there was a difference between men and women, with men in second place "4-5 days a week" (17.9%) and third place "2-3 days a week" (16.5%), while women were in second place. Second place is "less than once a month" (18.2%), and third place is "2 to 3 days a week" (17.3%), which is less frequent than men. In addition, the percentage of women who answered "I can't drink or can't drink alcohol" is higher for women.

The number one beer was supported by both men and women. The 4th place "Shochu" was the answer that made a difference between men and women. 50.7% of men said they usually drink, but only 16.5% of women. On the contrary, "cocktails and liqueurs" accounted for 38.8% of women and 17.9% of men, and the same difference was seen for "umeshu". It seems that women prefer sweet sake and fruity ones.
