At the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel's coffee house "Montmartre" bakery shop, sweets "Perle Peche" using whole seasonal "peaches" will be on sale from July 13th to August 31st. The price is 2,000 yen (tax included).

Perle Peche is a seasonal cake made by hollowing out peach seeds and putting cheese mousse and rhubarb confiture inside. The base pie dough is also finished with cut peaches. The sourness and sweetness of cheese mousse and rhubarb are said to be exquisitely overlapped with the fresh peaches.
