At each Burger King (BK) store, two "AKA Burger" series products using "red ingredients" will be released on July 3rd. Also, on August 21st, the "KURO Burger" series using "black ingredients" will appear.


The biggest feature of AKA burger is "AKA buns" and "AKA cheese" which are finished in red by kneading tomato powder. In addition to this, "ANGRY sauce", which is characterized by "spicy enough to get angry", which is a blend of doubanjiang and red pepper based on miso, is said to be added.


The lineup includes "AKA SAMURAI CHICKEN" (single item price 540 yen, tax included, same below) sandwiched between fried chicken patties, tomatoes and lettuce, and "AKA" sandwiched with beef patties and onions baked on direct fire. Two types of "SAMURAI BEEF" (single item price 690 yen). Scheduled to be sold until mid-August.


On the other hand, the "black burger" KURO burger series, which is the 4th year of this year, will be developed in two types, "KURO SHOGUN (black general)" and "KURO TAISHO (black general)". It is finished black with "KURO buns" and "KURO cheese" containing bamboo charcoal and "black hashed sauce" with squid ink. The black general (single item price 690 yen) is sandwiched with beef patty and fried eggplant, and the black general (single item price 590 yen) is sandwiched with junior size beef patty and hash browns. Sales are scheduled for early October.


Common to both burgers, there will also be a special price campaign for the Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero L size combination.

In addition, on July 3rd, "TWIN PIE" (single item price 150 yen) with the theme of "AKA" and "KURO" will be released along with the AKA burger and KURO burger. "Cherry" and "salt caramel (with pear)" are included in the set. Scheduled to be sold until early October.
