"Soft Katsugen" is a lactic acid bacteria beverage that has been loved by the people of Hokkaido for a long time since it was first released under the name "Katsumoto" in 1938.

The product to be released this time is a soft cutlet with "Shikuwasa flavor". It has a refreshing flavor with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and you can enjoy a sherbet-like taste when frozen.

The package design is based on the image of a tropical country, and the hibiscus flowers and the blue sky in summer are drawn based on the yellow color of the citrus depressa flesh.
