Forest Beer Garden was planned "with gratitude so far" to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the hotel's opening. Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, it is open only in the summer in the banquet room "Carlton" with a live kitchen.
The inside of the store has a fantastic atmosphere as if you were in the forest. From the large windows, you can see the night view of Tokyo Bay in the summer, such as the Rainbow Bridge, houseboats, and Odaiba, and you can enjoy an open atmosphere while staying indoors.
The menu includes course meals based on the concept of "healthy beauty fresh". Freshly prepared dishes such as hors d'oeuvre palettes with plenty of vegetables, barbecues that go well with beer, and daily pasta are brought from the live kitchen.
Among them, the hotdish with ethnic dishes such as "Turbo sazae pie-wrapped herb flavor", "Tuna spareribs", and "Three kinds of fried ethnic dim sum" is perfect for the coming season. With a full-fledged yet unique lineup, it is likely to be very popular with women.
As for drinks, you can drink all-you-can-drink about 70 kinds of menus such as draft beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. Attention is paid to a wide variety of cocktails using fruits and vegetables. More than 10 kinds of "beauty cocktails" such as "Orange Mojito", "Pina Colada" and "Cassis Tomato" are also prepared.
