Bakery Shop Hols is a bakery where Mr. Joji Sasaoka, who has won the 1994 "TV Champion 2nd Bread Making Championship", is the chief chef. This time, we jointly developed eel bread "in the hope of healthy growth of children" together with the long-established "Eel shop Nishimura Kawauoten", which is also celebrating its 52nd anniversary in Kobe.

Eel bread is a 32 cm long sweet bread made from domestic eel bones. Eel bone meal is kneaded into bread dough using graham flour and baked, and it seems that it also contains nutrients such as calcium, iron, and zinc.

The surface is a caramel-flavored puff pastry with a crispy texture, and almond slices are combined. There is plenty of matcha cream paste and black beans inside, so you can enjoy the moderate sweetness of the Japanese taste.
