The store is a completely renovated Starbucks Coffee Ginza Maronie Dori store. The store area is the same as before, and the first floor has products that can be used quickly for To go only.


A new main bar is located on the 2nd floor. The layout has been changed to a seat layout that can be used by multiple people, and some seats can be reserved. The store is built by utilizing the know-how of Starbucks, which has been thoroughly committed to cozy spaces, services, and products.

Abundant Beverage

A lineup of coffee and espresso beverages where you can choose your favorite from 6 types of brewing equipment. Roastery Tokyo's Teavana Bar also offers a selection of tea beverages, tea leaves, and alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine.


Even the same "coffee" has a rich personality. This time, I ordered "Sandride Uganda Red Cherry," which has a flavor reminiscent of cherry and strawberry jam. The price is short size 920 yen. Choose "Mod Bar Poor Over" as the extraction method.


A calming scent softens when you bring your nose close to the luxurious black cup. I feel a mild bitterness in the fruity flavor. A cup that invites you to feel relaxed.


In addition to coffee, I also ordered "Hibiscus Mangorita" (750 yen). Mango juice and ginger ale are combined with sour hibiscus tea, and the tropical sweetness fills your mouth. The chili pepper on the edge of the glass adds a tingling stimulus.

There are many foods that are packed with the commitment of the Italian bakery "Principe". Freshly baked pastries such as "Cornetti", which is made by kneading fermented butter into the dough and baking it, sandwiches with a wide variety of carefully selected ingredients, and traditional Italian desserts are all attractive.




The main product lunch plate "TAVOLA" is a lunch plate with selectable salads and lasagna with focaccia sticks. The price is 1,180 yen. Sales hours are from 11:00 to 14:00 all day (after 14:00, salads and lasagna can be purchased separately).


One of the salads you can choose, "Fennel & Arancha," is a typical Sicilian appetizer. Using fennel, orange, black olive and red onion, it is refreshingly finished with white wine vinegar and olive oil. It is the secret anchovy that adds depth to the taste. The sourness of the juicy orange pops and you can enjoy it refreshingly.

Other salads include "Polo & Ario Orio", which is chicken breast with garlic oil base, and "Casarecche & Verdure Greiu", which is made by grilling vegetables with high-quality olive oil and oregano and mixing them with garlic oil, olive oil, and basil. We offer "Risonero Commare", which is based on black rice and Italian garlic rice, with vegetables and seafood added. All of them are full of ingredients and are excellent to eat.
