The new flavor "Tomatti Lemon Sorbet" will be on sale from July 1st to the end of September at each Thirty One Ice Cream store. The price is from 330 yen (tax included) for single regular size.

A refreshing flavor perfect for hot to hot summers!

Tomatti Lemon Sorbet is a combination of rich and sweet tomatoes, kyun and sour lemons. Ripe tomatoes that have been mashed whole are used, and salt is added as a secret ingredient. The rich taste of tomatoes is utilized to create a refreshing summery taste.

It is said that it was developed over 3 years with the pursuit of tomatoes suitable for ice cream and combinations suitable for tomatoes with Japanese original flavors.
