Roulo au Chocolat is the first roll cake at the Linz Chocolat Cafe where you can fully enjoy the “chocolate feeling”. A chocolate biscuit dough that is finished with a light and smooth chocolate mousse with creme shanti.

The moist and chewy biscuit dough is mixed with caramelized almonds and chocolate chips, so you can enjoy a moderately chewy texture.

On the other hand, Gateau Truffle au Chocolat is a cake that reproduces the image of "truffle chocolate". The soft and moist chocolate biscuit dough using almond powder and the rich and smooth dark chocolate truffle ganache are layered alternately.

At the bottom is a dough with hazelnut pralines, caramelized almonds and fuilletine (crushed thinly baked crepe dough), adding a crispy texture accent.

In addition, the new chocolate dessert "Dark chocolate and walnut parfait glasse with terrine-style fruit" will also be on sale at the Ginza store. The price is 1,674 yen.

Cold terrine chocolate that combines rich flavored dark chocolate with caramelized walnuts. Taste while entwining caramel-flavored coffee sauce. The plate is also served with meringue and citrus fruits.
