"Easter cake" at Linz Chocolat Cafe
Easter bunny in an easter egg

The first "Easter cake" is on sale at some Linz Chocolat Cafe stores. Handling until April 21st, which is Easter.

An Easter egg-shaped cup cake decorated with milk chocolate from the lovely rabbit-shaped "Gold Bunny", a symbol of Linz's spring. A combination of milky and gentle sweetness white chocolate and refreshing orange, it seems to have a well-balanced taste of sweetness and acidity.

The mousse is made from Linz white chocolate, and the moist dough is layered with orange mousse, orange jelly, and orange syrup. Gold bunny milk chocolate is placed on top of the cake, along with a chocolate plate with the Linz logo and a bittersweet orange slice in syrup.
