FAUCHON will release "FAUCHON Hanami Box," a product for the cherry-blossom viewing season that is packed with "cherry blossom bread," on March 11th.

There are 3 types of FAUCHON cherry blossom viewing boxes: "Sale", "Sukure", and "Mini Eclair".

"Sale" is an assortment of 5 popular FAUCHON delicatessen breads including croque monsieur. You can enjoy spring-like flavors such as the Danish pastry "Danoise Sale Plantanier" baked with Brussels sprouts and bamboo shoots, and the "Sandwich Plantanier" sandwiched with rape blossoms. The price is 3,000 yen.

"Sukure" is an assortment of three types of sweet bread made from cherry blossoms and leaves. You can enjoy "Cube Sakura e Fromage", which is made by wrapping bean paste with cherry leaves and cream cheese in brioche dough, and "Croissant Tigre (cherry blossom)", which is baked by wrapping almond cream with cherry blossoms. The price is 2,000 yen.

"Mini Eclair" is an assortment of 3 types of mini-sized eclairs. You can enjoy "Mini Eclair La Vague", which originated in Japan, with "Thirty-six Views of Tomitake" printed by Katsushika Hokusai, and "Mini Eclair Sardine", a new product in March with a fish picture transferred to chocolate. The price is 3,300 yen.

The size of each box is 22.5 cm long and 28.5 cm wide. The contents are assumed to be for about 4 people.

The sale period is from March 11th to April 12th. Reservations will be accepted from March 7th. The stores are Nihonbashi Takashimaya, Shinjuku Takashimaya, and Yokohama Takashimaya.
