The limited quantity of "Mino Musume's Premium Strawberry Parfait from Ibi District, Gifu Prefecture" (3,240 yen) is made from the large and rare strawberry "Mino Musume from Gifu Prefecture". Mino Musume is a tightly packed white flesh, and when you eat it, the sweetness and acidity of the exquisite balance spreads in your mouth.

On the other hand, the menu using the strawberry "Yayoihime from Fukuoka Prefecture" with a modest acidity and firm flesh is "Yayoihime's Strawberry Parfait from Hanada Farm, Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture" (1,830 yen), where you can enjoy a gorgeous scent. Two types of "Yayoihime's Ice Cream Soda" (1,130 yen), which is a combination of Yayoihime's strawberry syrup.
