The Osaka Udon Museum is a food court-style food theme park where you can enjoy "local udon" gathered from all over the country. Nine stores are open in the park, which has the image of an "Edomura festival".
"Mushroom udon" from Gunma prefecture, which uses 140 grams of "living mushrooms" per cup, "Ise udon" from Mie prefecture, which has been boiled for over an hour at the time of preparation to eliminate stiffness, and sweet and spicy chicken soup stock. Local udon noodles that are particular about materials and manufacturing methods, such as "Kashiwa udon" from Fukuoka prefecture, are on sale.
