A new god-like menu has appeared at the restaurant "La Mère Poulard Tokyo" (Marunouchi, Tokyo) from Mont Saint Michel, France. "Mushroom cream risotto and foie gras omelet". The price is 2,000 yen (tax and service charge not included, same below).

This is a modern and Japanese arrangement of the legendary omelet that was once loved by Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent at the main store in France. Among La Mère Poulard's signature menu "Fluffy Souffle Omelette", this is a limited menu that can only be eaten in Tokyo.

● Only eggs are used for omelets


Omelettes are made fluffy like meringue by using only eggs (whole eggs) and whipping them rhythmically over and over again. Carefully bake this in a frying pan, top it with plenty of cheese and fold it in half to make it.

From this spring, other menus common to all stores include "Mussel Marinere (steamed mussels with white wine)" (1,600 yen), "Traditional roasted lamb ribs" (provided in the course), and "Sweet omelet with caramel sauce" "With apple and vanilla ice cream" (900 yen) is now available. A total of 39 new menus are available.
