The period of the sweets buffet "Matcha Mania", which is being held from spring to summer at Hyatt Regency Osaka, has been extended. It will be held from September 2nd as "Matcha Mania Autumn" with dark autumn sweets.
Popular matcha sweets collaborate with chestnuts, pumpkins, and chocolates that you want to eat in the fall. You can enjoy autumn sweets using matcha and rich chocolate such as "Matcha Mont Blanc Paris Brest", "Matcha Rocky Road", "Matcha Mandian" and "Matcha Truffle".
Matcha Montblanc Paris Brest
Attention is the "Matcha chocolate mousse," which takes the longest time to produce in the buffet. When cut, mousses and crumbles with different accents will pop out.
Pumpkin cream soup and small shrimp frit are available in matcha flavor on the savory menu that you want to enjoy between sweets. Salads and wraps and rolls are also provided.

For drinks, you can choose from 7 types of Japanese tea, gyokuro, sencha, genmaicha, karigane, Kyoto bancha, hojicha, and mizudashi sencha (cold tea), along with your favorite sweets. Coffee and tea are also available, both of which can be enjoyed as free drinks.
