Spicy & refreshing summer limited menu
A new menu "Yuzu Shichimi Karaage Don" was released on July 21st at Tonkatsu specialty stores Katsuya (excluding some stores). The price is 637 yen (tax included).
Karaage, which is popular in Katsuya, is accented with shichimi with yuzu, and is entwined with a special soy sauce sauce. The whole chicken thigh is fried, and it is said to be full of volume. The refreshing scent of Yuzu Shichimi and the spicy spiciness are perfect for summer.
At the same time, "Yuzu Shichimi Karaage Set Meal" will be developed. With tonjiru, the price is 745 yen (tax included).
