At Sea Cube's namagashi store, two types of cakes, "Thank You Mother" and "Dear Mother," specially designed for Mother's Day, are on sale for a limited time from May 12th to 14th.

Thank you mother is a fresh cake with the image of a single carnation. On the top of the cake wrapped in strawberry-flavored cream, the cut bright red strawberries are neatly arranged, and the chocolate is sprinkled with copo that has been shaved to curl thinly. The moist sponge, rich strawberry-flavored cream, and sour strawberry go great together. The price is 2,268 yen for 10.5 cm and 3,024 yen for 12 cm (tax included).

Diamother is a fresh cake with chocolate frills that look like petals and expresses a gorgeous and delicate carnation bouquet. Under the frills and copo, sponge dough soaked with fragrant strawberry syrup and tiramisu cream using 100% Hokkaido mascarpone are alternately layered to hide the homemade strawberry compote. The price is 1,836 yen (tax included).
