Summer Grapefruit Tiramisu is a tiramisu that uses plenty of fresh grapefruit. Hokkaido mascarpone is layered on a biscuit soaked with grapefruit syrup, and crystal jelly, raspberry jelly, and grapefruit are combined to finish. Plenty of grapefruit and orange pulp under the biscuits.

The price is 1,728 yen for L size (tax included, same below) and 540 yen for cups.



Tropical mango tiramisu features the popular summer fruit "mango". Sand the mango cream with biscuits and mascarpone soaked with mango syrup. Plenty of fresh apple mango is studded on the top.

The price is 1,998 yen for the L size and 594 yen for the cup.



Yukimizu's cold brew coffee tiramisu is a tiramisu that you can enjoy the mellow taste of coffee with little miscellaneous taste. "Mizudashi coffee syrup" is used, which is carefully extracted using the natural water "Yuki no Mizu" that was born at the foot of the Daisetsu Mountains in Hokkaido. In addition, the coffee beans are made by roasting three types of coffee beans from Guatemala, Colombia, and Brazil individually and then blending them to further enhance the aroma of the coffee beans.
