The cherry blossom tiramisu is an arrangement of "Tiramisu," which is the signature product of Sea Cube, to "spring specifications." The biscuits are soaked with syrup containing chopped cherry leaves so that the scent of the cherry blossoms stands out.
The cream is made from Hokkaido mascarpone and has a soft and light texture. It is finished with light pink powdered sugar, thinly ground strawberry chocolate, and chocolate in the shape of cherry blossom petals.
The price is 1,620 yen (about 396g (13.97oz)) for the cherry tiramisu L and 486 yen (about 100g (3.53oz)) for the cherry tiramisu cup, both including tax. Sold at Sea Cube stores (including department stores) nationwide.
