Eight new sweets from early summer will be released sequentially from May 15th at the fresh cake dealers in the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores).

"Setouchi Lemon Rare Cheese (No. 3.5)" is a cake with lemon cream, lemon jam, group fruit flesh, and cheese mousse layered on a sponge and decorated with lemon slices. You can enjoy the refreshing scent of Setouchi lemon and the mellow acidity. Limited to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The price is 1,490 yen (tax included, same below).


"Lemon Blanc (Setouchi Lemon)" is an early summer Mont Blanc with custard with cheese cream, lemon cream and lemon paste. It seems that the acidity of lemon and the richness of cheese are in harmony. The price is 432 yen.
