Cold Champon Red is a dandan noodle-style cold champon made by adding domestic chili pepper "Spicy Fuji" to a mellow and rich cold soup with plenty of white sesame seeds. Homemade meat miso made from pressed barley is combined. It seems to be more spicy than last year (2016). The price is 853 yen (tax included, same below).

On the other hand, chilled champon white is a classic chilled champon that combines a rich, transparent cold soup with crispy lettuce. It seems that last year's soup has been improved and the taste has been improved. It is topped with a soft-boiled egg. The price is 745 yen.
