KALDI "Iburi-gakko Tartar Sauce"

A new product "Iburigakko Tartar Sauce" was released at KALDI Coffee Farm in mid-April. The price is 429 yen (tax included).

Iburi-gakko is an Akita specialty made by pickling hanging daikon radish in rice bran. This product is a food like Takuan that is chopped and put in tartar sauce.

Plenty of chopped iburi-gakko and onions on the mayonnaise base. Probably due to Iburi-gakko, the whole is slightly brownish.
