Hakata sweets shop "NeufNeuf" opens for the first time in Tokyo. It is available at the Monthly Suites Gotanda store at JR Gotanda Station for a limited time from April 1st to 15th.


The most popular product is "Claim Fondue". The price is 1,728 yen (tax included, same below). I decided to try this one, which looks delicious.



The diameter of the hole is about 12 cm. Divide it into 4 equal parts and it is the perfect size for dessert.


The top surface is covered with caramelized grilled eyes. Sweet and bittersweet, crispy and delicate texture.


Below that, there is plenty of creamy vanilla-flavored "Claim Patissier". With just the right amount of sweetness, the taste of milk and eggs is alive.
