Chateraise "New Year Cake"

Seven kinds of gorgeous "New Year's cakes" have appeared from Chateraise. It will be sold at each store from December 28th to January 3rd, 2021.

The lineup includes colorful fruits and sweets with the motif of the 2021 zodiac "Ox". A total of 7 items will be prepared, including 4 types of decoration cakes and 3 types of individual cakes.

2021 HAPPY NEW YEAR decoration

A decoration cake decorated with colorful fruits, chocolate plates, and New Year's decorations. The sponge is sandwiched between whipped cream that melts in your mouth and fresh strawberries. To finish off, squeeze the strawberry-flavored cream and decorate it with abundant colorful fresh fruits (strawberry, apple, orange, kiwifruit, blueberry). The size is 14 cm in diameter and the price is 2,182 yen (tax included, same below).

HAPPY NEW YEAR Fruit long decoration

A gorgeous decoration cake with whipped cream kagami mochi and New Year's decorations. Whipped cream, strawberry cream and freeze-dried strawberry are sandwiched with a sponge. To finish off, squeeze the strawberry-flavored cream and decorate it with strawberries, apples, oranges, kiwifruit, blueberries, and mango syrup. The size is 39 cm in length and the price is 4,104 yen.

New Year assorted decorations

A decoration cake that you can enjoy 8 kinds of cakes at once, decorated with chocolate of the 2021 zodiac "Ox" and New Year's decorations. Ichigo Milk, truffle chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate banana, matcha, mixed berries, rare cheese, and marron cakes are packed one by one. HAPPY NEW YEAR Charlotte Square Decoration

A large decoration cake that uses plenty of fruit luxuriously and is finished in a gorgeous New Year's decoration. Sandwich strawberry with strawberry condensed milk cream and strawberry powder with a moist sponge. It is finished with strawberry, melon, orange, grapefruit, kiwifruit, blueberry, mango and yellow peach pickled in syrup. The size is 22 x 18.5 cm and the price is 4,104 yen.

A cute New Year's cake decorated with "Ox" made of whipped cream and chocolate. Custard cream with whipped cream is layered on a cocoa sponge, and whipped cream bowl, baked pudding, petit shoe, and fruits (orange, kiwi fruit, blueberry) are placed on top. Kamasa Cake Strawberry Classic Chocolat

Kamasa Cake Uji no Kaze

A mix of Japanese and Western sweets, where you can enjoy the rich flavor of Uji matcha and home-cooked bean paste. On top of the cookie, put Uji matcha mousse with home-cooked bean paste and chestnut kanro-ni, squeeze Uji matcha white chocolate cream, and decorate with gold foil, chestnut kanro-ni, and black soybean kanro-ni like New Year.
