It was announced on the official website that a limited-time and limited-quantity menu "Setoka Mousse" has appeared at each store of Ginza Senbiya and Patisserie Ginza Senbiya. It will be available until March 14th.

The selling price is 648 yen (tax included). Setoka is a variety that matures in February as citrus fruits with large fruits, soft flesh, juicy, fragrant and high sugar content. The sweets this time are combined with a dense mascarpone mousse. In addition, Setoka's flesh-filled jelly is placed inside to create a refreshing scent and elegant sweetness. Honey is also used.
