affle (tsubuan & whip) Ginza KOJI CORNER will be offering a new version of its "Souffle Waffle (tsubuan & whip)," which was introduced last year, for a limited time this year due to its great popularity. The price is 216 yen (tax included). It will be available from September 1, 2023 to January 4, 2024 (sales will be suspended on December 24 and 25). Available at Ginza Cozy Corner fresh cake stores nationwide*.

There are no stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures that carry the fresh cakes.

cream) A limited time offering of the popular souffle waffle sandwiched between tsubu-an and whipped cream (with condensed milk) is also available this year! The tsubuan (sweet bean paste) made from Hokkaido azuki beans has a slightly salty flavor to enhance the sweetness, while the whipped cream enhances the milky and rich flavor of the condensed milk cream. You can enjoy the harmony of the two layers of the waffle, which is baked moist and fluffy, and overflows from the light texture of the waffle skin. Of the azuki beans used in this product, 52% are from Hokkaido.
