The price is 216 yen (tax included). It will be available from September 1, 2023 to January 4, 2024 (sales will be suspended on December 24 and 25). Available at Ginza Cozy Corner fresh cake stores nationwide*.

There are no stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures that carry the fresh cakes.

cream) A limited time offering of the popular souffle waffle sandwiched between tsubu-an and whipped cream (with condensed milk) is also available this year! The tsubuan (sweet bean paste) made from Hokkaido azuki beans has a slightly salty flavor to enhance the sweetness, while the whipped cream enhances the milky and rich flavor of the condensed milk cream. You can enjoy the harmony of the two layers of the waffle, which is baked moist and fluffy, and overflows from the light texture of the waffle skin. Of the azuki beans used in this product, 52% are from Hokkaido.

The Souffle Waffle, introduced in 2019, is a "gourd" waffle with the meaning of "spreading out", which is a good omen. The "gourd" shape of the waffle is a popular souvenir, and is also popular as an easy-to-eat treat for yourself or as an accompaniment to teatime.


The regular flavor "Souffle Waffle (Whip & Custard)" was recently awarded the Gold Prize at the Monde Selection in 2023 for its taste and quality. The manufacturing technology and ingredients are also utilized in the "Souffle Waffle (Tsubuan & Whip)".
