Tsukemen "Tsukemen White 2017-Strawberry Fragrance-" for White Day will be on sale for a limited time from March 7th to 14th at Menya Musashi's Shinjuku Sohonten and Shibaura stores. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included), and each store is limited to 15 meals a day.


This is a limited menu in collaboration with Lotte and Menya Musashi. About 0.7 pieces of Ghana white and 120g (4.23oz) of strawberries are used in one cup.

The noodles are made with thin noodle spaghetti "Federini" and topped with a generous amount of special chocolate powder finished with Ghana white chocolate and two types of cheese. Ingredients include 5 kinds of vegetables, herbs, herb char siu, strawberry and 1 piece of Ghana white.


The soup uses plenty of strawberries from Heart & Berry (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture) for a refreshing and sour taste. Also, the soup split will change to a "dessert" with Ghana white and milk added.
