"Tsukemen 2015" is a Western-style tsukemen that uses 1.5 pieces of "Ghana milk" chocolate in one cup. This is the 7th year of the collaboration between the store and Lotte, but the menu this time uses "the highest amount of chocolate ever".

The soup is made by combining about one piece of Ghana milk with deglazing, red wine, thyme and bay leaf to create an elegant soup, topped with various spices such as oregano and black pepper.

On the other hand, the noodles (medium-thick noodles) are topped with paprika, pickled gobo, yuzu jam, mint, basil, etc., as well as minced pork fried with about 0.5 pieces of Ghana milk, tenmenjang, and red wine. Topped with pieces of Ghana milk chocolate.

It seems that you can enjoy various tastes and textures with new discoveries for each bite.
