Henri Charpentier exhibited the chocolate cake "O'Ball de Letin", which was exhibited at the world confectionery competition "Coop du Monde de la Patisserie 2017" and led the Japanese team to runner-up, for Valentine's Day. Limited to 10 units.

O'Ball de Retan is a chocolate cake that means "by the pond". Savarin dough soaked with freshly brewed espresso and creme cafe are combined with creme chocolate and confined with chocolate mousse.

Caramel shanti is squeezed on the top to enhance the taste of the main part. Also, by decorating the top with chewy (cookies), you can enjoy the crunchy texture at the beginning, but by sneaking in the cookies using hazelnuts, you can enjoy the crispy texture at the end.

The size is 19 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height. The price is 16,200 yen (tax included).
