Tango is a cake made with the image of "carp streamer". It is finished by layering chocolate cream and sponge and putting sweet and sour strawberries on it. The "fins" and "tails" of carp streamers are expressed in chocolate, and the "scales" are expressed in strawberries. Gold powder is also topped here and there.
