"Red carp cake" is on sale from October 12th at the Sogo Hiroshima store and Hiroshima Mitsukoshi of the Western confectionery brand "Henri Charpentier". The price is 2,139 yen (tax included).
A cake with a "bright red carp" motif. Plenty of strawberries are layered on a sponge sandwiched between fresh cream and custard cream. The fins and tail of the carp are bright red chocolate, and the scales are expressed using strawberries. It is topped with gold powder in some places and has a gorgeous appearance.
The size is 8 x 23 x 7 cm (up to the top of the decoration).
