Supervised by Myojo Ramen Yamaguchi Ratsushiki Mazesoba
"Mapo tofu" from the Michelin Guide listing is now a cup noodle!

A new cup noodle product, "Myojo Ramen Yamaguchi Supervised Tatsushiki Mazesoba," will be released nationwide on February 13. The price is 218 yen (excluding tax).

"Ramen Yamaguchi Ratsushiki" opened in 2015 in Toyocho, Tokyo as the second shop of the popular ramen shop "Ramen Yamaguchi" where you can line up every day in Takadanobaba, Tokyo, which is a fierce battleground for ramen. One year after its opening, it is a hot topic listed in the "Michelin Guide Tokyo 2017", and its signature menu is "Mapo tofu", which has a addictive taste.

The product released this time reproduces the taste of "Mapo tofu" under the supervision of the shop owner. The thick noodles have a satisfying taste, and the spiciness of the chili peppers and the numbness of the peppers add to the finish, making it a punchy cup.

Kayaku is diced seasoned meat. The sprinkle is a combination of green onions, chili, pepper and pepper.
