A tie-up product with "ajito ism", a popular restaurant with original menus such as "Pizza buckwheat" and "Tsukemen Rosso". Aiming for the taste of the restaurant's signature menu "Pizza buckwheat", it is finished in a pizza-style mixed soba sauce with chili powder, fishmeal, and cheese powder added to the base of pork flavor and tomato paste. The sauce is often entwined with the thick and chewy square noodles.
