The seasonal menu "Premium Strawberry Sorbin" will be released on January 10th at the Korean dessert cafe "SULBING HARAJUKU" (Harajuku, Tokyo). The price is 1,500 yen (tax included).

This is a sorbin topped with plenty of strawberries and cheesecake on milk shaved ice like powder snow. It's a popular menu in Korea.

In addition, the "phantom menu" and "raw strawberry sorbin", which will be on sale for a week only from the opening date of "SULBING HARAJUKU" on June 30, 2016 and sold out in about 3 hours on the first day, will be resold. Milk shaved ice is topped with red bean paste, strawberries, and whole Daifuku. The price is 1,400 yen (tax included).
