2017 is the year of the rooster!
In Chateraise, sweets with the motif of the popular zodiac will appear again this year. "Kasho Cake Kotori's Pudding A La Mode", named after the rooster, will be on sale from December 30th to January 3rd, 2017. The price is 432 yen (tax included).
This is a pudding à la mode with a moist chocolate sponge layered with custard cream and baked pudding made from freshly-cooked eggs, with a zodiac motif. It is topped with colorful fruits and has a gorgeous New Year's look.
