Lemon and honey are combined in this refreshing cup dessert that is perfect for early summer. Almond crunch coated with white chocolate and Setouchi lemons, which are less bitter and have a refreshing acidity, are used in the cream, sauce, jelly, and toppings, combined with honey cream that goes well with lemons. The price is 399 yen (tax included, same below).

Setouchi Lemon and Black Tea Torte

This cake is inspired by the taste of lemon tea with Setouchi lemons and two kinds of black tea. A fluffy sponge scented with Earl Grey is sandwiched between a black tea cream made with Darjeeling from India and a rich, sweet and sour lemon curd. The texture is accented by chocolate crunch with cacao nibs. The price is 378 yen.

Setouchi Lemon Milk Pudding

A cup of lemon milk pudding made with milk from the Yatsugatake Plateau and lemon compote with juice and rind of Setouchi lemons. The refreshing lemon flavor spreads through the cup. Price: 129 yen.

Setouchi Lemon and Black Tea Fluffy Roll

A fluffy black tea sponge with the aroma of Earl Grey tea leaves, soaked in a generous amount of black tea syrup, and rolled in a refreshing lemon cream. The elegant flavor is perfect for afternoon tea. Priced at 162 yen, it will go on sale on June 3.

DESSERT Monaka Setouchi Lemon Tart

DESSERT Monaka, a luxurious multi-layered monaka ice cream, is now available in Setouchi Lemon Tart for a limited time only. White chocolate with cookie crunch is layered with lemon custard ice cream with roasted almonds and cream cheese ice cream, topped with a tart Setouchi lemon peel sauce and sandwiched between pale yellow monaka. Priced at 151 yen per piece and 561 yen for a set of 4. Now on sale.
