At each Sushiro store, a fair "Crab Festival" with products using "crab" will be held for a limited time from November 18th.

At the fair, there is a lineup of menus such as "full course of crab" that uses crab luxuriously, from crab meat to tomalley and soup stock. Sushi such as "nigiri" and "warship", one-of-a-kind items such as chawanmushi, and ramen of 〆 are prepared.
