"Savory French Toast" commemorating the 4th anniversary of Japan's landing will be offered from November 1st to November 30th at the LUMINE Shinjuku store of the restaurant "Sarabeth" from New York.

This is Sarabeth's first "unsweetened" French toast with a salty (savory) base finish. Two types are offered: "gratin-style", which is baked with three types of cheese sandwiched between white sauce containing shrimp and snow crab, and "pizza-style," which uses paprika, tomato sauce, anchovies, and cheese. Both are served with organic salad and seasonal mini soup, and can be enjoyed as the main meal.


The price is 1,500 yen for a single item and 1,800 yen (tax included) with sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
